Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Artistboard LLC, an Arizona company (“Artistboard,” “we”), for using artistboard.com and the Artistboard app. By creating an account or using Artistboard, you agree to them. If you use Artistboard for a company or a group, you agree for them too.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@artistboard.com if you think someone else got into your account.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed through our payment processor when you check out, then every month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies.
- You can cancel any time in Settings under Manage billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments aren't refunded, including for partly used months or years, unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account becomes read-only until it's paid.
- We may change prices. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects what you pay.
- Promo codes apply only as described when we give them out and can't be traded for cash.
Your content
Everything you add to Artistboard (your music details, photos, contacts, notes and files) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to you and the people you share it with, like the readers of your press kit, and process it only as needed to run Artistboard. Make sure you have the right to anything you upload.
Emails you send
Outreach sends emails from your own email account, as you. You're responsible for what you send and who you send it to. Only email people you have a real reason to contact, follow anti-spam laws, and stop emailing anyone who asks you to. We may limit or pause sending if it's being used for spam.
Connected services
When you connect Gmail, Spotify, Shopify, an ads account or another service, your use of that service follows its own terms. Artistboard only uses those connections to do what you connected them for, as described in our Privacy Policy. If a service changes or stops working with Artistboard, that feature may change or stop too.
Fair use
Don't use Artistboard to:
- break the law, or upload anything you don't have the rights to;
- send spam or harass anyone;
- break into, overload or copy Artistboard, or get around its limits or plans;
- resell Artistboard or share an account with people outside your plan.
Deactivating your account
You can deactivate your account any time in Settings, and signing back in turns it back on. To delete your account for good, email us at hello@artistboard.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, usually after telling you first. If your account closes, you can email us within 30 days for a copy of your data.
Our part
We work hard to keep Artistboard running and your data safe, but Artistboard is provided “as is.” We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Its guidance (release plans, pricing suggestions, ad and email advice) is general help, not legal, financial or tax advice.
As far as the law allows, Artistboard isn't responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Artistboard means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
